Hello everyone,

First of all, the entire Board of Directors wishes you an excellent New Yearfor 2022. I hope you had a wonderful holiday season, and that your personal and professional projects will come to fruition!

In January, we invite you to our Annual General Meeting, which will be held both in Nantes, on the school's premises, and online, so that as many people as possible can join us. We'll be reviewing the projects we've completed this year,as well as our plans for 2022 , and electingour directors. You can read our candidates' motivations in this newsletter.

In order to best organize this AGM, I invite you to register for our AGM via the online event on our platform. If you are a member, you will also receive a separate e-mail from Balotilo containing voting instructions for our directors. The election of directors must take place online, prior to our AGM, and voting will close on Thursday January 20 at 12pm. The rest of the voting (balance sheets and budget) will take place during the AGM. Contact us if you wish to give a proxy to a member present.

This year I'll also be in Nantes for the occasion, so I'd like to invite you to continue our discussionsafter the AGM over a drink and a meal. The venue has yet to be determined, depending on the number of participants, so I encourage you to register as soon as possible on the event page.
