Want to pass on your knowledge? The Ecole Supérieur du Bois in Versailles is looking for lecturers to teach specialty courses in the 1st year of the Bachelor's program, Low-Carbon Construction Site Manager, which opens on September 4, 2023.

Your teaching experience on various modules:

• Building sciences: CM and TP
  - Processes for obtaining products: Study of industrial wood transformation processes (including finishing) / Analyze the operation and technology of simple assemblies (Frames, MOB) / Identify and model elementary links from a mechanical point of view / Freehand and line representation of an assembly
  - Energy - Basics of thermodynamics: Basics of thermodynamics: temperature, pressure, energy (joule, calorie, etc.) / Changes of state of matter (water/condensation).
  - Basics of heat exchange: convection, conduction, radiation / Thermal resistance and thermal conductivity.
  - Decarbonization of buildings: Carbon footprint assessment (RE2020) / Environmental impact simulation tools / Solutions for reducing environmental impact
  
  

• ECIBuilding :

  - Discovering the means of production (practical work) : Training in the use of tools and workshop certification.
  - Implementing means of production (practical work) : Discover product manufacturing processes / Identify risks and ensure safety (workshop certification) / Take into account the specific characteristics of wood when preparing machining operations / Prepare and implement simple means of production as part of an overall manufacturing process / Produce simple parts on basic machines, with critical analysis.

  - Building design and engineering (CM/TD): Structural design: load descent calculations, EUROCODE 5, ELU/ELS

• Digital and Building :

  - Const. representation tools #1 (CM/TD) : DAO (AUTOCAD > Revit
  - Digital chain #1 (CM/TD) : Description of the digital chain and interactions / Application to a site model (laser cutting, 3D printing...)

  - Representation tools Const. #2 CM/TD : CAD (CADWORK)

• Site organization

  - The fundamentals of site organization: Physical organization of the site (organization of work including co-activity, circulation, materials and their storage, equipment) / Administrative organization (administrative authorizations, contractual documents PPSPS, DUER...) / The players involved on the site, their needs and responsibilities. / Players involved on the site, their needs and responsibilities

  - Site preparation 2 CM/TP : General topography, levelling

• Site monitoring
  -QHSE #1 CM/TD : SMQ, quality management (target: 0 reservations) / Site safety (target: 0 accidents)

  - QHSE #2 CM/TD : Waste management (objective: 0 non-recycled waste)

  - Acceptance of work #1 CM/TD: Acceptance inspection / Measurement / Defect detection / Defect characterization
