The AIESB is organizing its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 5:30 pm.

The event will take place in the ESB amphitheater as well as online, so that as many members as possible can take part.

• Setting the 2022 membership fee
• Budget for 2022
• Election of Directors
• Speech by Mr Arnaud GODEVIN - Director of ESB

NEW DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

According to the articles of association, the association can be managed by a maximum of 12 elected members.

There are therefore 2 vacancies this year.

Following our call for candidates to join the Board, 3 members have put themselves forward:

Voting for the election of Directors will take place online via BALOTILO and will be open from 14 to 20/01/2022 at 12 noon.

Alternatively, you can give your proxy to someone present by notifying us by e-mail.

If you are not yet an AIESB member and would like to take part in this Annual General Meeting, it's not too late!

All you have to do is pay your membership fee by the day before the AGM, and you'll be able to participate and vote.
